How fun! I was interviewed by a contributor on my own blog! That's all kinds of inside-out, but I loved it!
Judit Wild has a clever blog called "Then and Now," where she features a past and current work of an artist side-by-side. It's a strong visual to see what transformations the artist has made along the way. On Judit's monthly feature on Scoutie Girl, she expands on this concept by adding an interview to the images, which really fills in the blanks. My 'then' piece is a handpainted corkboard mirror from 2000 - how did I get to fabrics via home accessories?! Read the interview to find out!
Thank you for asking me, Judit! Your enthusiasm and thoughtfulness are such an an inspiration!
A talented artist and photographer who hails from Hungary, Judit's etsy shop is vadjutka - and she creates g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s mixed media jewelry. She incorporates faceted glass beads, brass filigrees & findings, sweet fabrics, cameos, fused glass and more. Very enchanting, balanced and pretty. I am in awe of her photography skills as much as her jewelry-designing skills!
