If you have a minute, I would love your opinion on a mirror frame & some artwork frames for a living room restyle. Thank you for reading and taking a peek!
This past year I've been acquiring art & vintage furniture as the opportunity presented itself and as I felt moved enough to buy each piece. It started with a grand idea to recover the vintage chair below in one of my fabrics...you know, for marketing leverage and product testing (getting on that!). Soon after the stockpiling began, similar themes & palettes began to emerge that - *lightbulb* - I thought would all work so well together to revamp our LR, which has never had anything but a fooseball table (so maybe REvamp isn't the best word...how about DEvamp?).

Keeping these elements in mind as well as the artwork below, I'd like to paint this mirror frame one solid color. It's quite large at 40" across by 28" tall. I thought red would be magnifico, but since the next 2 biggest art pieces are the Wayne Pate and Keep Calm prints below...that might be too much "big red." (don't want it to look like a pack of gum). Other colors I'm considering are chocolate brown, smokey turquoisey blue, yellow ochre or white, any one of which would pull out some of the more subtle shades in the artwork.
Frame Question #1:
Which color would look best on this frame? Other suggestions?

below | heeeeere's [the art] Johnny! These semi-related prints will be hung opposite the wall above. They're all different sizes and will make a nice, singular statement when presented together with the painted mirror at the center of the grouping. The room is quite small, but the wall gets bigger everytime I look at it.
Frame Question #2:
Considering allll the other elements and the styles/palettes of these prints, what types of frames would work best to really tie all these pieces together? I'd like it to look cohesive but not like a matchy-matchy garanimal.
- simple black - same or varied?
- plain, natural wood?
- white - plain or painted ornate?
- vintage metal?
- other suggestions?
