Clockwise from left to right:
Vinery Dusk, Mumsy Dusk & Essence
These bitty bits of fabric are from the 2nd set of strike-offs I rec'd for the upcoming Tilly collection. The orange-y shade in the Vinery swatch is not quite right, but it's getting there. I'm getting crazy excited for the group of organic fabrics!!
So, timeline-wise, here's where I am for Tilly:
The greige is woven & waiting. The 3rd set of strike-offs will be approved in the next week (fingers crossed). As soon as ink hits the fabric, we're looking at about 60 days for completion - most likely the first week in October. And freight takes about 4 weeks, which means we're looking at a November ship date.
Quilt Market sewing:
I'll receive sample yardage in the nick of time for Quilt Market at the end October - there will be some mad sewing going on over here. As I start formulating my booth design, I will be coming up with ideas for display items to sew, including a quilt of some sort.
If you're a skilled seamstress (with garments in your repertoire) and live on the eastern side of the US and would like to sew some samples in October under a tight deadline, let me know via email. I would love to hear from you!!!
