These hanging hearts are made from the Festoon design in New Leaf.
I fussy cut each heart from one of the unique strips in the fabric panel, trying to center the flower in each one. I also cut backing fabric from 2 other designs in the collection. The edges were sewn, leaving a tiny opening to stuff fluff, and then the opening was sewn closed. I trimmed the edges with pinking shears, and then zipped a little embroidery floss through the top of each one with a big needle. As my husband says: zip, bang, boom, done.
